2. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the material and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
